For dental & medical practices
The booking that took itself.
Your reception closes at five. Your patients make up their minds at nine. This is the system that lets them book into a gap you chose, pay a deposit, and land in your diary — while the rooms are dark and nobody lifts a phone. Built for dentists, GPs, physios and vets.
Practice plan R3,450/month setup from R8,500
- ✓ Deposits before the diary
- ✓ POPIA handled properly
- ✓ Your front desk stays in charge
How it runs
One message becomes a paid booking.
It gives your front desk their time back. It doesn't replace anyone.
The nine o'clock patient
Reception locks up at five. The patient decides about the tooth at nine, on the couch, phone already in hand. If they can't book right then, the moment passes — or another practice catches it. Yours can be the one that's open when they decide.
The R950 hole in the day
A no-show isn't a small irritation. It's R950 of chair time nobody else could take, because nobody knew the gap existed. A deposit paid before the booking lands changes how patients treat the appointment — people who have paid, arrive.
The recalls nobody phones
Every practice has a list of six-month recalls that never get called, because there's never a quiet hour to call them. The system sends them for you — spaced out, politely — and quiet weeks fill with patients you already know.
See it working
Play both sides of a real booking.
No video, no screenshots — a working demo you drive yourself. Three minutes, three acts:
- 1
You are the practice
Open the gaps in the week you'd happily fill. Everything else stays yours.
- 2
You are the patient
It's 21:40 and the rooms are shut. Book yourself in anyway.
- 3
Back at the practice
Watch the confirmation arrive and the booking land in your day — with nobody answering a phone.

Durban North Dental is invented. The flow is exactly what your patients would get.
Pricing
One plan. Built for rooms like yours.
Do the sums on your own diary: a missed appointment is R950 of empty chair. Two a week is R7,600 a month, gone. Four saved no-shows cover the entire plan.

FAQ
Asked by practices, answered straight.
Do I keep my WhatsApp number? +
Yes. The entry package runs on the WhatsApp Business app you already use — nothing changes and nothing moves. The full Practice build runs on a dedicated booking line we set up for the rooms, so your own WhatsApp stays yours and patients never notice the difference.
Where does the deposit money go? +
Straight into the practice's own account, through a South African payment provider set up in your name. It never passes through ours — we don't hold funds, ever. Refunds on cancelled bookings stay entirely under your control.
What about POPIA and patient information? +
It's built in, not bolted on. Consent is captured at the moment the patient books, records are stored and processed lawfully, and the build ships with the privacy wording your practice is required to display. If you want your PAIA manual and consent forms done properly as well, we offer that as an add-on.
Will this replace my receptionist? +
No — and it isn't meant to. It catches what reception physically can't: the nine o'clock decisions, the Sunday enquiries, the recall calls nobody has time to make. Your front desk keeps the phone, the walk-ins and the final say over the diary. What they lose is the repetitive typing.
What happens when a patient asks a medical question? +
It doesn't guess. Anything clinical is handed straight to your front desk with the full conversation attached, and a real person answers. The system's job is bookings, deposits, reminders and recalls — nothing more.
Your diary could be filling tonight.
