Where are you based — and do you work outside Durban? +

What happens during load-shedding? +
Everything we build runs in the cloud, not in your shop. When the power goes out, your WhatsApp assistant keeps answering, taking orders and booking appointments.
Is this POPIA compliant? +
Yes. Consent-first data collection, a proper privacy policy, and customer data handled lawfully — on every site and automation we ship.
Are there any costs you do not control? +
A few, and we quote them upfront: payment gateways charge per-transaction fees, WhatsApp (Meta) charges a small per-conversation fee for business messaging — which we pass on at cost, no markup — your domain renews yearly, and if we build on Shopify the subscription is billed by Shopify in US dollars. Full transparency, always.
Why not just build it myself on Wix, Shopify or Squarespace? +
