Your right to cancel
Monthly services are month-to-month with no lock-in — cancel any time before your next billing date. In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may also cancel an agreement concluded electronically within 7 days, without reason or penalty, and any amount already paid will be refunded within 30 days.
