Do I keep my WhatsApp number? +
Yes. The entry package runs on the WhatsApp Business app you already use — nothing about your number changes. The full Order Desk runs on a dedicated order line we set up for the shop, so your own WhatsApp stays yours and customers never notice the difference.
Is messaging someone about an abandoned basket even legal? +
Yes — because she opted in. We set the consent tick up properly at your checkout, which is what makes the follow-up lawful under POPIA. No consent, no message: we never send cold marketing to people who have not dealt with your shop.
Where does the money actually go when a customer pays? +
Straight into your own account. Payment links come from your own gateway — PayFast, Yoco or Ozow — and settle directly to you. We never hold your money, not even for a minute.
Customers order in my Instagram DMs. Does this help there? +
