How can you quote my build before seeing my business? +
We can't, and we don't pretend to. The scoping call comes first — usually 20 minutes — and we work out what the job actually is. After that, most builds land as a fixed quote in writing, not open-ended hours. The R750/hour rate exists for jobs too small to be worth quoting, and for changes after the build.
What does the working demo cost? +
Nothing. After the scoping call we build a working demo with your business name, your services and your prices in it — you tap through it exactly like the one on this page. You only pay once you have seen it working and told us to build the real thing.
Do I keep my WhatsApp number? +
Yes. The entry package runs on your existing WhatsApp Business app — nothing about your number changes. The full Order Desk runs on a dedicated order line we set up, so your own WhatsApp stays yours and customers never notice the difference.
What happens when my business changes? +
It changes with you — that's the point of building custom instead of renting a box. Small changes are covered by your monthly plan. Bigger changes get quoted at R750/hour before we start, so nothing lands on your bill unannounced.
Do I own what you build? +
Yes. Once-off builds are yours — the system, the content, the setup. If you ever want to walk away, you take it with you. The only ongoing costs are the ones we quote upfront: hosting, and the monthly plan if you want us running it for you.
